WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

strong, expressive, and unique performers,

not just technical dancers, but Artists. Movers. Creatures. Characters. People with presence, musicality, emotional intelligence, and soul.

You may come from various backgrounds:

Contemporary, hip hop, commercial, experimental, street styles

Musical theatre, circus, physical theatre

Or simply: you bring something unforgettable to the stage

We welcome all genders, identities, and body types. What matters is authenticity, versatility, and the ability to create atmosphere.

Bonus: If you sing, act, do acrobatics, or play an instrument — let us know.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

KⓇNCEPT is not a regular dance show. It is an emotional portrait of Czech icon Jiří Korn, a site-specific, multi-genre experience created exclusively for the Congress Centre Prague.

The show blends concert, theatre, choreography, and visual art. Expect large-scale staging, scenography, technical effects, and a world that moves through time, style, and genre.

We are building an ensemble of 10–16 performers, each with layered talents and distinct energies. Some will appear in multiple scenes; others will take on key solo or visual moments.

Rehearsals begin in 2026, with creative labs and pre-production planned beforehand.

This project is a collaboration between choreographers, designers, musicians, and technical artists — but the performers will be the pulse and breath of the entire experience.

HOW TO APPLY:

STEP 1: PRE-SELECTION

A short intro video (max 1 minute) – speak or move, just be yourself

1–2 dance videos (freestyle, solo, choreography – anything that feels like you)

2–3 photos (clear portrait + full-body)

Optional: Singing, acting, or acrobatics samples

Written short note: Why do you want to be part of this project?

Applications without video material will not be considered.

This is not a commercial casting. We are not looking for perfection — but for truth, movement quality, and readiness to go deep.
